For the first time in years, my family, prayed together before dinner tonight and I am so beyond excited!

For context, I grew up in a Christian home but some falling out happened at church and my family and I had stopped practicing and took on a more agnostic/atheist look on life. I myself, was saved and came back to Christ in February 2025 and I’m hoping my family will slowly do the same as well. I’m so beyond happy I am loved by the king of kings and thankful that he used my trials to help me realize that. Please pray that the Lord our God continues to softens mine and my family’s hearts and give him the praise he deserves!!

The story of the rich young man reminds me how easy it is to hold on to things that feel secure—money, possessions, even personal achievements—while missing the deeper call to trust God fully. Jesus wasn’t against wealth itself, but He saw how it tied the man’s heart to this world. It’s a gentle but piercing challenge: nothing we own or accomplish can earn eternal life. Only a heart willing to surrender and follow Him completely can walk into the life He offers.

It also shows the grace of God that makes the impossible possible. The disciples were shocked, thinking no one could meet such a standard, but Jesus said salvation comes from God alone. It’s not about how hard we try, but about His power to change our hearts. Letting go is never easy, but what He promises—a life with Him now and forever—far outweighs anything we leave behind.

They farm and sell when it's harvest but to take money and buy Bible is not in their mind until I buy.

Those who couldn't afford Bible will afford buying Aso Ebi for village festivals, burial and can buy motorcycle or bicycles.

In 2022, Ibrahim, I pressurized him to buy Bible but he never bought one until I bought solar Bible for him. The same Ibrahim will tell me he doesn't like the cloth I wear and buy me another one.

You know what?

If you're not careful, you'll probably think they are not serious with their faith in Christ but no, it's not like that. You have to be patient with them.

Allow them grow in peace.

This year alone, Ibrahim has bought 6 Bibles for new converts he won by himself for Christ sake.

I have not less than 36 children I put in schools, some of them, their parents told me they don't have money. So if I take them, that is my problem.

Some are orphans and victims of insurgency anyway.

Those who say they don't have money for school fees will come to my hut to tell me about a festival coming up and if you hear the amount they spent on the festival or celebration, ha! You will almost get angry and try to send their children away.

Missions will break you.

I broke up with the love of my life a month ago and I feel so empty and incomplete she truly was my other half and she was a godly woman who was pushing me to do better especially in my relationship with God but now I feel so distraught and angry how I had hurt her and ruined it for both of us, now however shes happy with another but I miss her so much I thought she was the one I prayed for God to take her away from me 3 times over the course of our 2 year relationship and after such a long time I thought she wouldve been. I realized something today...Living the Christian life is not just hard. Actually, to describe it better, it is supernatural.
Because following Jesus was never meant to be done in our own strength. If we try, we'll fail, stumble, and grow weary. But the beauty of the Gospel is this: the life God calls us to can only be lived through the Spirit of God living in us. 🙏

It's not about me trying harder, but about me surrendering deeper.
It's not about willpower, but about God's power at work in my weakness.

So if you feel like it's "too hard" to walk as a Christian, remember, it's not about what you can do for God, but about what God can do through you.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)

I have been struggling with some OCD lately and I have started medication for it. The OCD is specifically for religion, so it is harder on me. I find it difficult to be able to discern What is OCD and what God is telling me. Pray that I may be able to get some discernment and act accordingly in doing God’s will.

I noticed myself lately that God is really working in me and I am so so happy and honestly this feels new after I've been so toxic to myself and I used to beat myself up when I made mistakes but God helped me. Hello, I recently decided that I would give my life to Christ after a long time of struggling with things like pornography and lust. I hardly had a relationship with God, and now I’m trying to get back on track. I’m now 10 days free of porn, which is the longest I’ve gone in a while, but I still struggle with my thoughts. I try and suppress them, but some stay. I’m also having problems with being angry and bitter and swearing. I ask for prayer that I keep away from the porn and that I can keep my mind in the right place, and that I can be more calm and respectful.

My friend just lost his job and can’t pay rent and is very short on money I really want him to seek God during this time so I pray for him that through this he develops a relationship with God that will change his life 🙏
