Today, Tuesday, I looked with lust at school. It was the same girl from last time I lusted at on a Friday a few months ago (God disciplined me for what I did last time, but this time I have done it again and probably even worst. May God discipline me however He wants to this time). Afterwards I was getting thoughts of doing bad stuff her. But I changed my mind and now I'm thinking of showing her kindness and the love of Jesus. I hope she knows the Father and receives Jesus and knows what He did for her and knows who He is, and receives the Holy Spirit and His power and knows who He is.
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
