My best friend Veauton is going through a lot. She told me she's been feeling depressed lately, and that she has gained some weight and feels insecure about that. She said to make matters worse her mom had to return all her clothes she got for her birthday cause they didn't fit. Please pray for God to give her peace and joy that surpasses understanding, and if he is willing, pray he will bring her size back to a way that Veauton will feel comfortable at at ease with herself.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how life doesn’t always go the way we plan, but somehow it still leads us where we need to be. Growth can be uncomfortable, and patience can be hard, but every season has a purpose. I’m learning to trust the process, to let go of what I can’t control, and to hold on to faith even in uncertainty. Everything is unfolding in its own time—and that’s okay 🤍

Today, I’m choosing gratitude. I’m thankful for life, for the little moments that bring quiet joy, and for the strength to keep going even when things aren’t perfect. I’m grateful for the people who show me love in different ways and for the lessons that help me grow. No matter what, there is always something to be thankful for—and today, my heart is full 🤍

Please pray for me, feel so lost in life, but yet I’m still functioning. I feel lack of direction and I’m praying and been talking to god, I have good days and empty days, I have a hard time sleeping thru the nights, a lot of the days I feel like idk how I am going to get thru life, I am full of life, but feel so numb, I have so many beautiful qualities and love love, but yet idk how I am going to make it, lost my motivation.. I have so much, I want to do. But feel stuck and lack of motivation, and just feel like giving up, . I feel different, but always around to uplift others, feel like my light and joy has been dimmed.
