Please pray for me as I begin an inpatient mental health hospital stay after several months of severe depression and exhaustion. I am asking God for healing, stability, clarity, and the grace of holy re-ordering: that my body, mind, emotions, treatment, and faith may be placed again under His peace and providence rather than fear.

Please pray that Christ the Divine Physician guides my psychiatrist, doctors, nurses, and therapists with wisdom; that the right treatment plan becomes clear; that my medication and care are reviewed prudently; and that I am protected from despair, rumination, dissociation, anxiety, and hopelessness.

I also ask for prayers for restful sleep, courage to be honest with staff, humility to accept help, patience with the healing process, and renewed trust that God is near even when I cannot feel consolation. May Our Lady, Saint Dymphna, Saint Joseph, and Saint Michael intercede for me, and may this admission become a place of mercy, restoration, and deeper surrender to God’s will.
