You’ve buried things you stopped believing for — dreams, peace, maybe even your joy. But what if God never told you to bury them — you just stopped hoping because it hurt too much to wait? Ezekiel stood before a valley of dry bones and heard God say, “Can these bones live?” And Ezekiel answered, “Lord, only You know.” That’s faith — not pretending everything’s fine, but believing God can make dead things live again. You might think your best days are behind you, but God says, “I’m not done breathing.” That dry area in your life? He can revive it. That broken relationship? He can restore it. That tired heart? He can renew it. God specializes in resurrection. If He can roll a stone away, He can roll away your hopelessness too. Don’t give up — breathe again. Because where God breathes, life begins.
This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you, and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.
