I’m sending this prayer request out for my childhood friend and my boyfriend.
My friend just lost her job, and they have a baby to care for, so even though the father still works, we all know in today’s economy that one income just isn’t sufficient enough.. My boyfriend is going to be talking with his dad about some tough things, and he’s anxious. I pray for God to be in them and all around them 🙏🏻

God responds to us in ways we may not anticipate, and sometimes those responses remind us to trust His timing and plan for our lives.

Bible Scripture Colossians 3:13 (KJV):

“Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”

Reflection:
This verse calls believers to walk in grace, patience, and forgiveness toward one another. The word “forbearing” means to bear with or endure to show tolerance and patience even when others fall short or offend us.

Forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it’s the very foundation of our relationship with Christ. Paul reminds us that we are to forgive others “even as Christ forgave you.” Jesus didn’t wait until we deserved forgiveness he extended it freely out of love.

When we forgive, we break the cycle of offense and open the door to peace. Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting what happened, but choosing to release it so that bitterness doesn’t take root in our hearts. It’s an act of obedience that frees us to love fully and live freely.

In every relationship family, friends, or the church this verse calls us to mirror Christ mercy. The same grace we’ve received, we must also give.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for forgiving me completely through Jesus Christ. Help me to extend that same forgiveness to others, even when it’s difficult.
Teach me to be patient and kind, to bear with others in love, and to let go of offense.

Lord, soften my heart where it has grown hard, and heal any wounds that keep me from forgiving freely.
Let my actions reflect your grace, and may I always remember how much you’ve forgiven me.

Clothe me in your peace, and help me to walk in unity with others through the power of love and forgiveness. In Jesus peaceful name I pray, Amen.

I just started a bedside nursing role at a inpatient rehab hospital, but a opportunity I have given up on, just came around. It was literally out of the blue. I applied to both jobs, but heard from the hospital one first. Then, I suddenly got a email from the other company asking if I still wanted the job. I was offered a management level position in a brand new inpatient psych facility, an area of nursing I have been wanting to get into. I feel like this opportunity won't come around again, but feel guilty for leaving a company so soon after starting. I need a prayer to help guide me to make the best decision.

Update with the driving test. I wasn’t planning on making another post but I thought why not ig 🤷🏾‍♀️ didn’t end up actually getting to the test because I was making too many mistakes (stuff that I don’t normally do) the lesson I had before the test so my driving instructor was like no, understandably, and I ended up crying behind the wheel 🤧. It just felt like God presence hadn’t been with me, even at a time I needed Him most. Anywho, I’m taking a break from driving due to the stress n lack of funds. Hello everybody, I was just asking if you guys could please pray for husband! He has a spot on his finger and he’s been very frustrated and worried about what it could be. He said an appointment with his doctor so he could check it out. Reflection:
This verse is a beautiful reminder of how God chosen people should clothe themselves spiritually. Just as we choose our physical clothing each day, we must intentionally choose our spiritual garments mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.

Paul reminds us that because we are God elect, deeply loved and set apart, our character should reflect his heart. “Bowels of mercies” speaks of compassion that comes from deep within a genuine care and concern for others.

To “put on” these virtues means they are not automatic; we must choose them daily. When others are harsh, we respond with kindness. When we are tested, we remain patient. When pride tempts us, we walk in humility.

This verse is an invitation to live clothed in Christ nature, allowing his spirit to govern our emotions, responses, and relationships.

Prayer:
Father God,
Thank you for choosing me, loving me, and calling me holy in Christ. Today, I choose to put on the garments that please you mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.

Currently recovering from surgery, I am not sure if what i was trying to get healed got healed. Right now im still feeling the same as before. Reflection:
This verse speaks to the heart of every believer who is waiting on God. It reminds us that patience is not simply waiting, but waiting with faith and endurance.

God promises are sure, but they often come after obedience and through perseverance. The journey between doing God will and receiving his promise can be long and difficult filled with tests, silence, and stretching. Yet, this verse assures us that patience bridges the gap between obedience and fulfillment.

When you’ve done what God asked prayed, served, trusted, obeyed don’t grow weary if the promise hasn’t manifested yet. Keep standing, keep believing. God timing is perfect, and his word never fails. The promise may take time, but it will surely come.

Prayer:
Father God,
Thank you for reminding me that patience is part of your process. Strengthen my heart to wait faithfully for your promises.
When I grow weary or discouraged, remind me that you are not a man that you should lie every word you’ve spoken will come to pass.

Hello my fellow prayer warriors. I just lost my mom March 5th last year. After raising my daughter from birth to 3 year old, cps wrongfully removed her December of last year. Today I have court and I pray the judge sees that I’m stable and fit and deserves to have my baby home and my rights not terminated.

LOST OPPORTUNITIES:

"Returning the third time, he said to them: Are you still sleeping and resting? Enough! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners!" (Mark 14:41)

The time for watching is past. Jesus had now passed through His agony, and on His face was the radiance of peace. He no longer needed the help of the sympathy which in vain He had craved in the darkness. He looked toward the city gate, and there was the traitor coming. There was neither need nor use now, for the disciples' waking and watching, and they might as well sleep on.

The lesson is plain. Whatever we do for our friends - we must do when they are in need of our help. If one is sick, the time to show our sympathy is while the sickness continues. If we allow him to pass through his illness without showing him any attention - there is little use when he is swell again, for us to offer kindness.

If one of our friends is passing through some sore struggle with temptation - then is the time for us to come up close alongside of him and put the strength of our love under his weakness. If we fail him then - we may almost as well let him go on alone after that. Of what use is our help - when the battle has been fought through to the end and won without us? Or suppose the friend was not victorious; that he failed - failed because no one came to help him - is there any use in our hurrying up to him then to offer assistance? Thus on all sides, the lesson presses.

I'll be honest.

Have you ever experience like you know you suppose to be something else, like just as God asks us to be loving to other people but I often found myself being apathetic towards others and it concerns me. Before, I was saved i am independent and self centered, I don't really care about people even to my family. But then I was saved, i am annoyed with myself for being like this. The Lord tells us to preach the gospel but I can't even do it, not even to the people around our house and it makes me feel negative things towards myself.

Also, was anyone here felt like God called them to write a book? i don't know if it's me or idk

Reflection:
Jesus continues his warning about living with honesty and integrity. He teaches that everything hidden both words and deeds will one day come to light. This isn’t meant only as a threat, but as a reminder that truth cannot be silenced forever.

The conversations whispered in secret, whether gossip or grace, will eventually echo in the open. This means we should speak words that we wouldn’t be ashamed for others to hear. God truth always finds a way to reveal itself.

This verse also reminds us that our private words carry spiritual weight. When we speak in darkness whether encouragement or deceit heaven records it. Therefore, we must keep our words pure, speaking life even when no one is listening, because God hears all.

Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Teach me to guard my tongue and my thoughts. Help me to speak truth and love, whether in public or in private.
Cleanse my speech from gossip, slander, or anything that dishonors you. Let my words carry your light and build others up, not tear them down.

Hey it's me Richard Haley once more just asking if a person with full knowledge and understanding about the trinity can still return back into a relationship with him after deliberately calling the trinity demonic in nature many times provided they seek restoration. Again I'm already familiar with passages Matthew 12 31-32, Mark 3 25-30, Hebrews 6:4, Hebrews 10:26 and 1 John 5 sin unto death. I'll admit to saying bad things about the trinity I only deliberately acted idiotic in full knowledge and understanding about the trinity but I've also apologized and still do to this day even without emotion displayed. Someone please answer me when you can okay thanks.

Hey it's me Richard Haley once more just asking if a person with full knowledge and understanding about the trinity can still return back into a relationship with him after deliberately calling the trinity demonic in nature many times provided they seek restoration. Again I'm already familiar with passages Matthew 12 31-32, Mark 3 25-30, Hebrews 6:4, Hebrews 10:26 and 1 John 5 sin unto death. I'll admit to saying bad things about the trinity I only deliberately acted idiotic in full knowledge and understanding about the trinity but I've also apologized and still do to this day even without emotion displayed. Please pray for my niece she is getting sick. Whenever she cries she barely makes a sound. She is going to the hospital today and I hope it's just from the weather changing and nothing serious
