PLEASE, brothers and sisters. It's currently 12:42am. I would urgently ask you to pray for me regarding isolation. A cycle of isolation from the body of Christ.
Every time I get close to someone, l panic and feel like I want to retrieve and isolate.
And then I make stuff happen intentionally (using silent treatment, responding harshly to what they say, stubbornly refusing to answer questions, or answering back rudely) so that I can have a reason or excuse to isolate. Then, I can be like "See, now it makes sense to isolate because I caused this and this."
Usually the things that I do are things that hurt the other person, in hopes that they would too, feel like backing away from me so that it becomes a mutual thing. If I intentionally hurt them and it causes them to feel like backing away from me, it not only makes it easier for me to isolate, but it places a reason behind the isolation, even if it's not good.

Then, I'm able to back it up with that reason.
But in reality, I hate it. I hate it so much because it prevents me from forming intimate relationships (whether friends or otherwise)
Due to the fact that it prevents me from forming intimate relationships, I then stop trying to form relationships (friends or otherwise) with others. It's a cycle that repeats itself. When someone gets too close to me, I panic and create a heavy, intentional and hurtful escape route so that I can leave.
Please pray against this and for healing. I prayed a prayer a few months ago and I was in tears: "Lord, the online group l'm in is noisy. I want a smaller group of people where I can be comfortable around them and where we can build one another up. I want it to be just two or three people and an online place where I can learn a lot about You."

Well... fast forward and I'm in an online group of people, very small (about 5 people) and only 2 have gathered together consistently.
We've gotten close to each other, specifically one person who has been such a blessing in helping me understand and process a lot of things. We carry each other's burdens and help each other. I had a dream earlier in the friendship of this person and me walking side by side in white clothes. In all the dreams this person is in, they're wearing white clothes.
Well... guess what? We've gotten along so well and our conversations have been so deep via public voice chat that now I'm feeling the cycle repeat itself. I'm feeling that backing away again. I just tried the silent treatment with this person and giving them basic one-word responses. They said "You give what you get. Soon my responses might get shorter too."

I HATE ISOLATION SO MUCH. SO FAR, IT HAS REPEATED THE SAME EXACT CYCLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN 3 TIMES, AND ALL OF THE FRIENDSHIPS ENDED WITH ME ISOLATING, COMING BACK, AND THE PERSON LOSING TRUST IN ME ON TOP OF ME FEELING SHAME FOR EVEN ISOLATING.
I WANT IT TO END WITH THIS PERSON, HERE. BECAUSE FOR WHATEVER REASON, ISOLATING FROM THIS PARTICULAR PERSON FEELS ILLEGAL. AND I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE I'LL GET BEFORE GOD GIVES ME TO MY OWN DESIRES. I AM ALSO NOT PURSUING A SIN.
THE REASON IS FEAR OF VULNERABILITY AND SELF-SABOTAGE, MAYBE EVEN THE COMFORT OF ISOLATION. BUT I GUESS ISOLATION IN ITSELF IS A SIN BECAUSE I'M GOING AGAINST SCRIPTURE. This is not a threat

Evildoers:
   •   manipulators

   •   those who scheme against the righteous
   •   those who advance through corruption

God says their progress is temporary and their foundation will collapse.

To be cut off means:
   •   removed
   •   uprooted
   •   stopped
   •   disconnected
   •   halted
   •   brought to nothing

You don’t have to fight them.
You don’t have to defend yourself.
You don’t have to retaliate.

God will cut off what you cannot.

2. “But those that wait upon the LORD…” — The Faithful Hold Their Position

Waiting upon the Lord means:
   •   Trusting His timing
   •   Serving Him faithfully
   •   Staying in alignment
   •   Remaining obedient
   •   Not breaking character
   •   Not rushing destiny

Waiting does not weaken you
waiting qualifies you.

3. “They shall inherit the earth” — God Has an Inheritance Reserved for You

Inheritance represents:
   •   territory
   •   blessing
   •   influence
   •   spiritual authority
   •   divine positioning
   •   promises
   •   resources
   •   opportunities

This is not just physical land
it is spiritual, emotional, financial, and generational inheritance.

God is saying:

“While the wicked build their house on sand,
I’m preparing the earth for the ones who wait on me.”

This means:
   •   You will outlast what opposes you
   •   You will receive what others tried to block
   •   You will walk into what God promised
   •   You will possess what was assigned to your name
   •   True inheritance is given, not taken
   •   God Himself will hand it to you

The wicked rise quickly but fall suddenly.
The righteous rise slowly but endure forever.

Prayer:
Father, in the mighty name of Jesus,
I thank you that every evildoer, every wicked assignment, every demonic plan, and every plot formed against me is being cut off by your hand.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper.

It warns you that if anger is not controlled, it can push you out of alignment with God.

This scripture deals with three dangerous emotional states:
1. Anger
2. Wrath
3. Reactionary behavior

And God commands you to lay all three down.

1. “Cease from anger” — Stop Carrying What Burns You

Anger itself is an emotion, but staying in anger becomes a spiritual trap.

Anger drains:
   •   your peace
   •   your clarity
   •   your spiritual sensitivity
   •   your ability to hear God
   •   your ability to respond with wisdom

Anger is a doorway the enemy uses to:
   •   provoke reactions
   •   create offense
   •   separate relationships
   •   weaken your focus
   •   derail your assignment

God is saying:
“Let it go before it grows.”

2. “And forsake wrath” — Let Go of Destructive Emotions

Wrath is anger that has matured into violence, bitterness, and vengeance.

Wrath is anger that has a mission.

To forsake wrath means:
   •   Drop it
   •   Deny it
   •   Abandon it
   •   Refuse to entertain it

Because wrath leads to:
   •   damaged relationships
   •   spiritual blindness
   •   loss of control
   •   sinful actions
   •   regretful decisions

God is protecting you from acting out of your pain.

3. “Fret not thyself in any wise to do evil” — Don’t Let Emotion Make You Disobedient

God is warning that unchecked emotions turn into disobedience.

This means:
   •   Don’t retaliate
   •   Don’t clap back
   •   Don’t seek revenge
   •   Don’t match their energy
   •   Don’t respond from the flesh

If you fight flesh with flesh, you lose.
If you fight flesh with spirit, you win.

God is saying:
“Don’t let what they did make you become what I didn’t call you to be.”

Prayer:
Father, in the mighty name of Jesus,
I surrender every trace of anger in my heart.
Heal every wound, calm every storm, and remove anything that provokes me into emotional warfare.

Lord, teach me to forsake wrath.
Deliver me from vengeance, bitterness, resentment, and the urge to retaliate.
Fill me with your peace, your patience, and your self-control.

Father, guard my heart so that I do not respond to evil with evil.

First off I want to thank everyone who recently prayed for me 🙏🏾 The prayers were answered and I want to Thank God because I am that one leper who came back to thank God for the Miracle. I am now in need of another prayer. I have an Ankle monitor on (RMS Device) and I have been on the device for about 73 days and it has been mentally draining me and I have been isolated from society. I am not a danger to society and I pray that the Judge has favor in me and feels my light with the Holy Spirit and grants removal of the device. I pray that when my lawyer Request it that it is removed from me effective immediately. I am a College student entering my last semester before I graduate and I love everyone. I pray that God anoints the Judge to have mercy and grace on me to remove this monitor this week. I promise to God when this monitor is removed I will go and take time once a month to pass out bibles as a Gideon and in my old age I will do it weekly if possible. I want to practice my ministry in law by helping other Christian’s that have been or going through similar legal issues and to let them know to Follow God and it will be taken care of. I know it will be removed this week or even next week because I have Faith , I’m just asking everyone to Pray for me and I can’t wait to tell my testimony this Sunday at church when it is removed and that is a promise to God !!! Hello everyone. I feel sometimes friends and family around me don’t give me the emotional support I need so that’s why I’m am here asking for prayer. Currently going through separation with my husband that discarded me. It’s been roller coaster sometimes I feel it was god’s purpose because he isn’t for me and bc before he decided to not want the responsibility of relationship anymore and not wanting to change bc it wasn’t worth it since we have fight alot that he also fail the test by being attracted to his new coworker of the job we’ve been praying and waiting for him to be stable and then he decides to give up when things for difficult. Makes me feel he was just finding a replacement or he really just broken as well for my mistakes as well and she is just distraction for him. I don’t know if god separated us to bring us back later on after he repents and has work on himself or he is just not for me. My heart tells me otherwise he is but my mind and needs tells me he isn’t bc he didn’t fulfill my spirit entirely and idk maybe I was idolizing hm too

Rest here means:

   •   Stop trying to fix everything
   •   Stop fighting battles that belong to God

This rest is not inactivity
it is trust activity.

God is saying:
“Relax in Me. I’ve already secured your outcome.”

Rest is spiritual warfare.
When you rest, the enemy loses leverage.

2. “And wait patiently for Him” — Don’t Rush What God Is Perfecting

Waiting patiently does not mean waiting silently.
It means:
   •   Wait without complaining
   •   Wait without panic
   •   Wait without comparison
   •   Wait without trying to force the outcome

Patience is proof that you trust God’s timing more than your emotions.

God is preparing:
   •   the right moment
   •   the right environment
   •   the right people
   •   the right alignment
   •   the right breakthrough

Rushing leads to regret.
Patience leads to promise.

**3. “Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way”

Stop Watching Other People’s Journey**

This verse returns to a key theme of Psalm 37:

Don’t compare. Don’t envy. Don’t panic.

Some people will look like they are winning.
Some will seem to advance faster.
Some will have temporary success through:
   •   manipulation
   •   lying
   •   seduction
   •   wicked schemes
   •   shortcuts

God says:
“Don’t get frustrated by the temporary victories of the wicked.”

Their prosperity is:
   •   short-lived
   •   unstable
   •   unsustained
   •   unblessed

What God builds in your life will last forever.

Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus,
I choose today to rest in you.
Quiet my spirit, calm my thoughts, and settle my heart.
Teach me to be still in your presence, trusting that you are working even when I cannot see it.

Lord, give me patience in the waiting season.

Last night I got sick to my stomach, in the lower left side of my abdomen it grew worse and worse to the point it was unbearable. I stayed up till 3 on and off the toilet looking for relief. I eventually fell asleep in the fetal position after having my heated blanket on my stomach. This morning I woke up for work at 7:15 with the same issue just not as bad but throughout the day it got worse. I asked a few people from church to pray and it got better to now it’s just subtle… I’m having some burning as I urinate and since I don’t have insurance things are much harder with having medical help.

I haven't been in my word recently, but I've read my Bible for the past 3 days!! It's not much, but I'm really proud of myself😁

There are seasons where:

   •   people misjudge your heart

You don’t have to defend yourself
GOD will.

Light represents:
   •   revelation
   •   truth
   •   clarity
   •   purity
   •   divine visibility

God is saying:
“I will make the truth about you shine.”

When God brings out your righteousness as the light:
   •   your name is cleared
   •   your character is restored
   •   your intentions are revealed
   •   your purity is seen
   •   the truth becomes undeniable

You don’t force elevation
God reveals it.

2. “And thy judgment as the noonday” — God Will Bring Justice in Broad Daylight

Noonday is the brightest part of the day.
Nothing is hidden.
Nothing is dim.
Nothing is blurry.

This means the justice God is sending will be:
   •   obvious
   •   visible
   •   undeniable
   •   not questioned
   •   not hidden
   •   not secret

He will make it so clear that even your enemies must acknowledge it.

God is saying:
“I will vindicate you so clearly that no one can deny My hand.”

3. GOD WILL MAKE YOUR TESTIMONY PUBLIC

This is a supernatural promise:
   •   Your righteousness will be revealed
   •   Your story will be redeemed
   •   Your character will shine
   •   Your name will be restored
   •   Your breakthrough will be visible
   •   Your justice will be obvious

What was done in the dark will be corrected in the light.

God Himself will be your defense.

Father, in the name of Jesus,
I thank you for being the God who vindicates, restores, and reveals the truth.
Lord, bring forth my righteousness like the morning light.
Let every lie, every misunderstanding, and every false accusation be overturned by your glory.

Expose the truth where my name has been mishandled.
Reveal my heart where I have been misjudged.
Let my character shine as you intended it to.

Father, bring my justice forth as the noonday.
Let it be clear, visible, and undeniable.
Make it so obvious that every watching eye sees your hand upon my life.

Today I declare:
My righteousness will shine.
My name will be restored.
My character will be vindicated.
My justice will be public.
God himself is defending me.

Lord, thank you for the light that destroys every shadow of confusion or accusation.
