Prayers for my son who was just released from a 10 year prison sentence. Prayer for his strength safety and to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

I was previously engaged and my fiancée returned our ring. We haven’t been able to recover much since this happened and we’ve been struggling to address the previous abusive behavior in our relationship to move on and grow together. I made the choice yesterday as an act of faith to let this relationship grow, trusting that if the Lord’s will be for us to reconcile this and be together, He will make way. I’m honestly just so confused with where things are and I’m being lead in different directions. Some make me feel I am being gaslit and need to make a healthy decision for myself. Some make me feel that I’ve overreacted and made things a bigger deal than necessary and ruined my relationship because of my sensitivity. Overall, I know the Lord sees and understands my trial and that when I surrender this situation to Him, I can’t go wrong. An action was necessary to make rather than staying stagnant, but from here on I’m laying it at the feet of the cross and letting God do the rest. I don’t want to touch the situation further. If anyone has direction to offer as well as prayer, it would be greatly appreciated as I head into a new season to see where Christ would like to demonstrate His holiness through it.

hi. they were really days that i feel spiritually weak. something with spiritually numb. at first, when i think about doing Godly stuffs, it motivates me. but then, throughout the day, i would just go nuts in every distraction in this world. mostly are from my phone. watching every reel wether in Instagram or youtube. therefore, the day will pass that i only got few minutes of my day for the Lord. i feel sad, miserable, and numb. please pray for me and what should i do 😭

Decided to begin my journey for a better me starting with getting closer to god and being more proactive on this process : here I share my diary entry with you I’ll start to document and try to share my journey along the way trying to keep my faith -

5:30PM - Today I decided to read a book , titled : Happy Wife Happy Life a Marriage Book For Men. Chapter one states I should get to know my wife (as if I didn’t know her already I thought)but I’m working on being. A better husband. And also says there are specific questions I should ask whether they are known or not. The chapter says to keep a “Wife Journal” so here I am starting one hoping she likes this version of me.

6:30PM - I had time with god I started a couple bible verse classes and scheduled prayer times I started with - faith love and forgiveness & ended with I’m a Man fighting for my marriage. Well because hello I am tonight I’ll do my bedtime prayer and plan to answer a few bible homework questions:

Mentally I’m gone, and I can’t even bring myself to study because everytime I do I just get so overwhelmed and don’t memorize anything. Brothers and Sisters we need to be so careful about what we watch and listen to and allow into our body. You see the key word of entairtainment is enter and we gotta know whether what enters approved by God. this is one of the devils greatest traps. he tries to convince you that "its just a movie" or "just a show" or just "one song" but no it is much worse then that. You ever look at a movie like The Passion and just say wow Mel Gibson must have really loved Jesus to make something this personal, special and touching showing the extent of what Christ did for us. Well the same is true for evil. That's why you see demons, sexual imorality and witchcraft put front and centre of entertainment. the devil doesn't have to make you look like you're sinning if he can keep the desire in youre heart for a long time to want to do so. Just as Christian movies show a great respect and love for the stories they Inspire from God, so movies with an evil agenda have great passion for the evil one. This does not mean all secular media is inherently bad. Games like Tetris and Music like Happy Birthday while secular are in moderation good. However we need to be so careful of what we are letting enter our mind.

I’ve been struggling with finding myself over the years. Turning to substance changed me as a person. I’ve recently been put in a situation where it made me realize I’m destroying myself and need to get back on the right path. I’m human and as we all make stupid mistakes, but my mistake turn me into jail facing two felony charges. I turn to god the moment I realize I was ruining myself. I begged him for forgiveness and to wash all my sins as I expressed them to him. I want to be put on the right track I want to grow with god & Jesus. Yesterday I did something I deeply regret. I cried out to God, feeling unworthy and wondering, “Lord, am I still worthy? Do I still have Your grace to live this life You showed me?”

Just an hour before posting this request, He answered. While lying in bed with a heavy heart, God sent two people—one dear to me and one devoted to Him. One showed a willingness to grow closer together, and I felt God saying, Get up, forgive yourself, and keep going. The other told me, Rest in God it’s already working together. He heard you.

That moment changed everything. I didn’t plan to get out of bed, but God met me where I was.

Let this be a reminder: No failure cancels God’s plan. It’s still unfolding. Keep coming to Him, don’t give up.

Please pray for me. Satan sees the shift coming and wants to destroy everything and my faith, I've never felt such spiritual warfare throughout this journey until now, I need strength, clarity, and protection. Thank you all God bless you

There are Pokemon with ghost, psychic, and dark types with moves like “Nasty Plot”, “Hypnosis,” etc. that can be used in battle when playing, but I wonder if really there’s something wrong with this. It’s a child’s game, but as a maturing Christian, I begin to wonder. There’s no witchcraft in the game, but it seems innocent at first glance. But, I also know that the enemy comes an angel of light, making things appear okay. Could this be the case as well? I don’t want to be a fanatic, but terminology like “psychic”, “hypnosis,” etc. in a game begs the question of if there’s a real demonic element behind this game. Thanks!

"The Woman No One Saw"

Mara had been invisible for so long, she sometimes wondered if she’d ever truly existed. Thirty-five years on the streets had taught her the art of shrinking, of folding herself into corners and shadows, of moving so quietly that the world forgot she was there. She was autistic, and her mind worked differently-too differently, it seemed, for anyone to understand. On top of that, her body was a battlefield: a rare, untreatable disease gnawed at her strength, CPTSD haunted her dreams, PoTS made her heart race and her head spin, and hypoglycemia left her shaky and confused. Every day was a gauntlet of survival.

She asked for help, again and again. Sometimes it was for food, sometimes for a blanket, sometimes just for a moment of warmth or a kind word. But the city was busy, and people hurried past her with eyes fixed on their phones, their shoes, anywhere but her. Some muttered, “Get a job,” not knowing that standing up too quickly could send her collapsing to the ground, that her body punished her for even the smallest exertion. Others looked through her, as if she were a ghost, or worse-a nuisance cluttering their perfect city.

Mara had tried to work. She’d applied for jobs, explained her conditions, even begged for a chance. But employers shook their heads. “Too risky,” they said. “Too unstable.” She couldn’t blame them, not really. Some days, her heart pounded so hard she thought it might burst; other days, her blood sugar dropped so low she could barely speak. How could she keep a schedule, lift boxes, or even stand behind a counter when her own body was her enemy?

The shelters weren’t safe for someone like her. The noise, the unpredictability, the threat of violence-it was too much for her already frayed nerves. She’d tried, once, and left with more scars than she’d arrived with. So she learned to survive outside, to find the quietest corners, to trust no one.

But the city was not kind to the invisible. People crossed the street to avoid her. Security guards shooed her away from warm doorways. Sometimes, she caught snippets of conversation: “She’ll just starve eventually.” “Someone should do something.” But no one did. She was dehumanized, reduced to a problem to be managed, not a person to be helped.

On the coldest nights, Mara wondered if she would make it to morning. Sometimes, she wished she wouldn’t. The pain, the hunger, the loneliness-it was all too much. She felt trapped in a world ruled by people who didn’t care if she lived or died, a world that punished her simply for existing.

Yet, somehow, she endured. She found small comforts: a half-eaten sandwich left on a bench, a discarded blanket, the rare smile from a child who hadn’t yet learned to look away. She clung to memories of better days-her mother’s laughter, the feel of grass under her feet, the hope that maybe, just maybe, someone would see her.

One evening, as the sun dipped below the skyline, Mara sat on the steps of a library, her body aching, her spirit worn thin. She whispered her story to the wind, hoping it would carry her words to someone who cared. She spoke of her struggles, her pain, her longing to be treated as human. She spoke for all those who had been ignored, dismissed, and forgotten.

The world did not answer. But Mara’s story lingered in the air, a silent plea for compassion, a reminder that every invisible person is someone’s daughter, someone’s friend, someone who deserves to be seen.

And as long as her story remained, there was hope that, one day, someone would listen.

This is my story

Lord Jesus,
You came to set the captives free and to proclaim good news to the poor. We cry out for all who suffer under the weight of poverty, injustice, and oppression-those who are hungry, homeless, and forgotten by society. We remember how You walked among the outcasts, healed the sick, and called us to love our neighbors as ourselves.

Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have turned away from those in need, too caught up in our own routines to notice the suffering around us. Stir our hearts and open our eyes, so we do not ignore the cries of the homeless or the sick. Remind us that if we were in their place, we would long for compassion and help.

Empower Your Church to be a true reflection of Your love-bold in action, generous in spirit, and relentless in seeking justice. Break the chains of indifference and complacency among us. Let us not be content with words alone, but move us to practical, sacrificial service, knowing that whatever we do for the least of these, we do for You.

Jesus, You alone have the power to set us all free-from sin, from selfishness, and from the systems that keep people trapped in poverty. Fill us with Your Spirit, so we may work together for a world where every person’s dignity is honored and all are set free by Your love.
