This is going to be a long paragraph, so feel free to skip it, but I just felt a need to share one of my greatest signs from God.
Last year, when my ex broke up with me I felt hopeless. It was as if my entire world had shattered. Suicidal thoughts were in my mind and I didn't see a reason to go on anymore. I felt unlovable.
That same day, my family took me to a local city to try and take my mind off of it. And in this city there were people preaching.
One of them came up to me, handed me a card and said 'God loves you'. I saw this as no coincidence. When I was in one of my darkest moments feeling unlovable, God spoke through this man to tell me that he loved me. In that moment I felt loved again.
Nowadays I have moved on, and found a girl that loves God as well and our relationship is going well.
I just thought I'd share this story to you guys, to let you know that even when God feels so distant from you, he is there and loves you more than you could ever imagine

Hello, I am 15 years old Christian kid, who is very religious. I have my friend, his name is Leontin and is also religious Christian. He is having epilepsy attack. He has the medicines and everything, but it’s not 100% curable for him and still experiences the epilepsy. Epilepsy is demon work. For example in matthew 17:14-18, there was a boy who was brought to Jesus Christ, that was suffering from epilepsy. The thing is that the demon was inside the boy and that was the demon who was causing the epilepsy. Jesus rebuked the demon and managed to heal the kid with epilepsy. Guys, please could you all pray for my mum. My mum is the only reason we are able to live in a house, eat and drink, feel warmth etc. She is a full time teacher and loves her Job. But she is extremely ill. For I think 3 year now, my mum has been in Chronic pain with neurological pain, cant walk properly, suffers mentally. To the point where my mum has PIP. I ask for help in my walk With God I struggle with relying on him when I have fear and anxiety, and I feel like lately I've just been so distant from him and I want to just get to know him and love him and see him as a friend. But lately, I feel like I've been so distant and I've had no energy and been so tired that I'm not getting closer to him or even praising and worshiping him and I feel like something is stopping me. I regret that as much as I miss it and it's wrong to miss it and I regret cheating on people too and I realized there was this older person who I dated kind of and me and him talked dirty to each other now and then sending pics and I used to send pics and talk to a bunch of people since I was freaky. Also, I cheat on one of my exes. I have a pornography addict and been trying to stop it. I just need to repent from all my sins but I'm scared because I've done so much wrong and it feels good to admit it and I need to let the dark come to light and start anew. But I'm so lost and feel hopeless even though I love God and he does so much great things.

hello guys,can you please pray for me and my family? My father has a fever and cough and his cough it's not gone yet,and also my mother stop her work for a week cause she's very tired,her boss always asking for anything and making my mother's work even harder. She told me sometimes that in her workplace she only eat 1 time and sometimes she didn't eat cause her boss is always asking to do the household. Every 5:00 AM my mother walk from our to her workplace, and i just want to help them but my income is always others steal it or let's say they just took it ,cause they don't have any money to feed their family. Asking for prayers for my marriage

Hey family, earlier this week I asked for prayer for my family and I to get approved for a home. We have to move within a week it’s been a struggle. We thought we would hear something back no later than today. We haven’t and it’s getting close. I’m stressed for my kids they need a home, I don’t want them going through the affects of this. I trust God I truly do, so why stress? Pray have faith and believe is the key but I’m human. I’m not asking for a million dollars just this home. Please pray we get the greatest news on this home. Question: “What does it mean that God is love?”

Answer: Let’s look at how the Bible describes love, and then we will see a few ways in which God is the essence of love. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8a). This is God’s description of love, and because God is love (1 John 4:8), this is what He is like.
In love, God does not force Himself on anyone. Those who come to Him do so in response to His love. In love, God shows kindness to all. In love, Jesus went about doing good to everyone without partiality. In love, Jesus did not covet what others had, living a humble life without complaining. In love, Jesus did not brag about who He was in the flesh, although He could have overpowered anyone He ever came in contact with. In love, Jesus willingly obeyed His Father in heaven. “The world must learn that I love the Father and that I do exactly what my Father has commanded me” (John 14:31). In love, Jesus was/is always looking out for the interests of others.

The greatest expression of God’s love is communicated to us in John 3:16: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” Romans 5:8 proclaims the same message: “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” We can see from these verses that it is God’s greatest desire that we join Him in His eternal home, heaven. He has made the way possible by paying the price for our sins. He loves us because He chose to as an act of His will. Love forgives. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).

So, what does it mean that God is love? Love is an attribute of God. Love is a core aspect of God’s character, His Person. God’s love is in no sense in conflict with His holiness, righteousness, justice, or even His wrath. All of God’s attributes are in perfect harmony. Everything God does is loving, just as everything He does is just and right. God is the perfect example of true love. Amazingly, God has given those who receive His Son Jesus as their personal Savior the ability to love as He does, through the power of the Holy Spirit (John 1:12; 1 John 3:1, 23-24).

I been struggling with lust lately

I've seen too much in this life. I had a mother who hurt me as a child. My father took his life on my birthday and I found him. I was changed by war in Iraq (05-06, 08-09), I worked in a jail and seen too much there.

I was an addict to numb myself. I cheated on my ex-wife

I feel shame.

I feel a need for redemption.

I'm sorry, god. My hard life isn't an excuse for my sins. I just want to say I'm sorry, and these sins aren't who I am.

Please pray that I can give up smoking it’s been a struggle for so long and I feel guilt
