Don't be afraid... you have power. You can absolutely war this out. But you must get knowledge first

I command every thief that has stolen my honor to return what he stole sevenfold (Proverbs 6:31) in the name of Jesus; you've been caught! Every tongue that rises against me, I condemn it (Isaiah 54:17). ​I call on the Spirit of truth (John 14:17) to defend me. I do not defend myself; the Lord is my protector! I break the power of the enemy over my mind to fear in Jesus' name. I shall not fear, for it was I who was fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). I was given authority over snakes and scorpions (Luke 10:19), and we wrestle not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12); therefore, I trample you serpents accusing me right now in Jesus' name. I tear you down by force from your high place in Jesus' name. ​I'm the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13). The Bible says the power of death and life are in the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). I curse every root of fear in the name of Jesus. Every thorn and thistle born of fear, wither and die in the name of Jesus!
