As we move through scriptures together from the early chapters of first Samuel through second Samuel we are going to watch this friendship get tested by jealousy violence separation and we are going to see Jonathan risking his own life to warn David when Saul is asking us hard questions are we the kind of people who stay when staying is costly to carry Covenant friendships or convenience
