Abba, help my mom stop "interpreting" my intentions when I speak because she lies to make me look bad especially when she doesn't accurately represent what I say. And help her care how that hurts me when she lies about what's in my heart as if she can see what's in it. I already have one person who lied on me, I don't need my mom to sin against me too.
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.
