I have a question. I want to go a week fasting without my phone or any technology because I feel God has been leading me to give him my time in silence and solitary, rather than my usual with my phone and music. How do i start? Do i need to text everyone and say I wont be available, or just get to it without looking back?

You don’t have to let anyone know you’re fasting, but you can let them know you’ll be away from your phone and socials for personal reasons if you want to. Other than that, just get into it 🙏
