I am the type of person who envisions scenes in my mind. Therefore, it was a daily routine for me to talk to myself or imagine the scenes while reading. However, when I envision scenes from crime dramas, horror scenes, or improper relationships and actions in a messy romantic relationship, my heart becomes heavy. These negative images appear, and my heart cannot ignore them, which slightly affects my daily life. It's tough, but I continue to pray to entrust it to the Lord, to be healed, and to work on my issues, and I am gradually being healed. For those who experience such negative images, I want to pray, as I am one of them.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
