Guys im just a teenager and i wanna get closer to Jesus but i have my biggest enemy between me and Him...its lust. No matter how hard i try or how often i go repent nothing changes and i fall in it every single time. Its destroyng my social life and goals. I lost motivation and hope. I tried everything to fight it and to flee away from it but it just seems impossible! I dont know what to do. Does anyone have any advice? I really need help.

The gospel isn't about forcing yourself to stop sinning, but about focusing on loving God so deeply that sin loses its appeal. When you are led by the Word of God, sin has no power over you. (Galatians 5:16 ... Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.) •Walking in the Spirit requires DOING the following often: read the Bible, pray, go to church, glorify God, listen to people who glorify God. •Remember to avoid triggers that could encourage you to sin. •Be encouraged, I was addicted to porn for 14 years but God delivered me. Now is about my 5th year since I overcame. All glory to Jesus Christ.

Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ Jesus, neither death nor life, neither height nor depth, neither angels nor demons, nothing. Ask Jesus to cover you with His blood so that you may overcome the sin of the world.

Try distracting your self put your phone away and go for a walk out side read the Lords word(Bible) try running from it don’t try and fight lust you can’t defeat it on your own I hope this helps
