Hi everyone... this is my first time asking for a prayer, so I really dont know what to say rather than I've been feeling discouraged, anxious and weighed down by some decisions I've made... I've used to go to the gym almost every day and do to college and some other life stuff, I've gained weight and feel like if information related to classes just leak out... I do see that what little or much muscle I've worked it's still there but I don't feel motivated to go again or to study for classes... I do want to do better... Not only in terms of physical well-being but also spiritual and mentally too (I am aware that need more wisdom and make right decisions)... I do believe in God and Jesus and deep within me I know I can't do this on my own... So, if you got the time, whomever you are, please... I will appreciate if you could pray for me... In the Bible and Christian theology

• It is not sin itself, but the inner tendency to desire things contrary to God’s will.
• Example: the impulse to covet, to be carried away by disordered passions, or by carnal desires.

Saint Paul speaks about concupiscence in several passages, referring to the struggle between the flesh and the spirit (Romans 7:7–23, Galatians 5:16–17).

In a general sense
• Outside of the religious context, it can simply mean a very strong desire, especially related to sexuality, although it may also apply to other appetites (money, power, pleasures).

In summary: concupiscence is the inclination to evil or excess that we all experience, and which, according to the Christian faith, can only be overcome through God’s grace.

This is probably one of the biggest one. I love God but struggles if he exists or not. I ask for prayers to have my belief back to God to know that he is real and that he reveals himself or talks to me cause I prayed over and over again and yet,nothing. STORY TIME:

I came from a Catholic church and I didn't serve there either, but I wanted to spread the gospel, but the Catholic church doesn't have that, so I looked for another church. I found a church where there were only a few people, and only a few served, like singing, giving testimony, and they always had a lot of things to do and places to go. As an introvert, I don't sing, and I haven't given testimony in my life because all I want to do is go to church and share the gospel. But in the church I found, every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, they have activities. Sorry for what I'm about to say, but I don't like that. Yes, I want to share the gospel, but that seems like too much to do, and I have other things I need to do. It's often just my mom and me at home, yes, just the two of us, so I don't want to leave her, and my mom doesn't like it either, like we're always at church and never coming home. At this time, I don't know what to do. I'm confused, I feel heavy, and I feel like the Lord is angry/will be angry with me.

Heavenly Father, I come to You in thankfulness for You never failed in providing for me until today. Thank you for Your goodness and faithfulness in my life, You didn’t give up on me, You always give me another day, another chance to be more like You. Forgive me, Father for all of my sins today even the sins that I don’t know. Help me today to stay in Your presence and to show Your likeness in Me. This all I pray, in Your name Jesus, amen.
