Hey, I wanted to make a prayer request about my mental health. At a young age I was exposed to sexual activity, and as I grew it came back to haunt me. But God got me through but I feel like my old self is trying to take control over my mindset again. I used to be depressed and lost, 'til God found me. I used to hate myself which led me to hate others, but God told me He loved me and that's why Jesus died, to show his great love for us. Pray for me to receive the grace God gives freely and to extend it to others.
