The gospel isn't about forcing yourself to stop sinning, but about focusing on loving God so deeply that sin loses its appeal. When you are led by the Word of God, sin has no power over you. Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.) •Walking in the Spirit requires DOING the following often: read the Bible, pray, go to church, glorify God, listen to people who glorify God. •Walking in the Spirit requires AVOIDING SECULAR PROGRAMS such as: Video games, secular music and videos, secular talk shows or podcast, secular movies, hanging out at carnivals or at the beach where people dress indecently, and other activities that encourages you to sin. •Be encouraged, I was addicted to porn for 14 years but God delivered me. Now is about my 5th year since I overcame. All glory to Jesus Christ.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.
