Estou lutando com minha saúde mental e recaindo na minha depressão. Sinto que Satanás está tentando me prender novamente. Lutei tão desesperadamente para sair da última vez e realmente não quero voltar. Sinto que estou perdendo tudo. Por favor, ore por mim e me ajude a sentir alegria.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Hey I’m sorry to hear that your fighting depression and I’ve been there it’s a hard battle but always remember that Jesus is always with you and he knows how your feeling and he promises that he will remain faithful. Satan is already a defeated enemy and he has no power over you stay strong and always remember that Jesus loves you Godspeed.
