Ore pela minha condição cardíaca e saúde em geral. Ore para que eu seja curado de todos os meus problemas de saúde e doenças crônicas. Ore para que minha ansiedade acabe. Louvado seja o Senhor por tudo que tenho e por tudo que consegui suportar. Ore por descanso. Jesus ama todos vocês!

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.
