No matter what, if you go through moments of anxiety, place your trust in the Lord. Sometimes, the cause of our anxiety is simply because we trust too much in our own strength, and not in what Jesus can do in us, and then, through us! Have conviction, and align your heart with God's purpose.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
