Dear God, I come before You with an open heart, acknowledging that I have relied on my own judgment and strength for so long, and that has led me to feel stuck in my work and career. Now that I know You, Lord, I ask You to help me grow spiritually, to strengthen my faith, and to live for You. Illuminate me with Your Holy Spirit, give me new breath to move forward without looking back. I want to serve You with all my being and trust that, according to Your promise, everything else will be added. Guide me, renew my heart, and do not allow me to go back. In the name of Jesus, amen.
Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
