Me too that's why I put a screen.time on my phone so now I get an hour and a half a day but only 10 minutes on YouTube. 5 minutes on Pinterest and 30 minutes on YouTube music and the rest of for phone calls or Google to answer my random questions

I feel as though I should add that using the media isnt bad in and of itself. it was Instagram that led me to this app.
