I decided to give up sweets for Lent, but I failed on the first day. Never been so disheartened before.

I totally relate! I also made the decision to quit sugar for Lent, especially because it’s not good for health. Don’t give up—get back on track! I’m on day 10 without sugar, and I used to have it every single day. But I still eat fruit, honey, and natural sugars.
