Have you done a light fast? Read His Word on an empty stomach. It's very powerful. The Holy Spirit will appear

God is with you. God put you here for a purpose. The world is not better off without you. Jesus Christ thought of you on the Cross. God thought about how the world needed you as He created the world. You are needed, you are loved, and you are a child of God. Nothing or no one can tell you differently.
