Last month i managed to go there months without masturbation which i had for 16 years straight. Now i try to beat pornography but i keep on slipping and watching. I tried routines and new hobbies but nothing really sticks, not to mention that college is giving me more stress than i already had. I felt bubbled up since i have no one to talk to and hoped sharing it might free me from this... Vice

I'm having that same problem too, it got to a point where I would ask for forgiveness and a few hours later, I would watch the very thing I asked for forgiveness for, doing a repeat sin, I would try to look at masturbation as a addiction that wears down your body/energy/mindset/spirituality, but also to see it as a sin, that destroys how you see women, this might work, hope this helps, and remember, you can go to God for anything, he loves you as if you were his child, which you are, if you chose to one, repent and sin no more, love ya also, cheers!
