Have you done a light fast? Read His Word on an empty stomach. It's very powerful. The Holy Spirit will comfort you

Alone you cant do it, you need to hold on to God as hard as you can when temptention comes, spend more time with God reading the Bible praying and thanking God and it will be easier. U need God to win, by your force its impossible
