Requesting brothers and sisters to pray for me so that I don't have nightmares! Over the past year, I have often had nightmares, sometimes about painful scenes from the past, and sometimes about terrifying ghosts. Every time I wake up from a nightmare, I feel flustered and uneasy. I ask the Lord to grant me peaceful sleep! Let me have a good night's rest! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I pray! Amen!

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.
