I need help beating list I have been listing just about every day not only is it a sin but it is also bad for my body I would love if you can pray for me.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again. But you have to do your part and meet God halfway.

Don't focus on defeating lust focus on finding God. What you focus youre attention on and what you put first is what you will worship. Do not fight lust flee from it, you cannot do this with you're own strength you need Gods strength. Become a hardworking lust often finds its way when we are lazy. Do not be idle Pray, Read The Bible, Go to Church and journal. Find a few hobbies go to the gym. A man with a purpose has no time to lust. So therefore focus no attention on it and no desire will be gained for it aswell

Forgiveness requires not only prayer but also dedicated Bible study, prayer to the Lord, and baptism.
