What can I do against Lust. It's the only sin I struggle with and I want it gone so bad.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Verstehe den physischen wie geistlichen Aspekt deiner Last. Es scheint dich sehr zu belasten also lass diese Last los. Kurzfristige Dopaminschübe führen zu einem Suchtkreis. Therapeutische Hilfe sowie Gottes Beistand in Gebeten werden dich diesen Kampf aufnehmen und dich daraus siegreich hervorgehen lassen.

Comece abrindo mão de tudo que te afasta do caminho de Deus, deixe de fazer tudo que não condiz com os ensinamentos de Cristo, não será fácil mas um passo de cada vez. O ego te guiará para luxúria, o Espírito Santo de salvará.
