You can pray for me, I recently got a mobile phone and I think I'm using it too much, and I don't want to become addicted. It's distancing me a lot from God.

I totally understand that phones are a huge problem now a days but there are lots of apps you can get that don’t let you unlock certain apps for longer than whatever time you put for example if you only want to go on TikTok for an hour a day you can put that in an app and after one hour you can’t go on it again until the next day. I use fokus or screw zen

To help with the phone addiction you have try the app Pray Screen it helps phone addiction by giving you a prayer to say before you open your apps
