Hello everyone, I came across a family on social media with a very difficult story. I hope you will pray for them 🙏🏽

In early September, Kirenia, 34 weeks pregnant, suddenly experienced severe health problems. She was urgently admitted, and shortly after, the doctors had to perform an emergency cesarean section. This is how little Santiago was born.

Since that day, Kirenia has been in the hospital and has not really woken up. Despite multiple surgeries, there is still no sign of recovery, and the doctors are very concerned.

Jeffrey is now alone with their newborn baby. He is doing everything he can, but it is incredibly tough emotionally and financially. He had just started a youth project and was working part-time, but due to everything that has happened, he has had to stop that.

That is why I am asking for support. Prayer, a message, or a small contribution — everything helps. This way, Jeffrey can focus on what is most important now: taking care of his son and being there for Kirenia.

There are many Scriptures that provide hope and encouragement for those going through difficult times and experiencing loss. Here are a few that you may find particularly uplifting: 1. **Psalm 34:18**: “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This verse assures us that God is near to us in our pain, offering comfort and healing. 2. **[Matthew 11:28-30](https://thecrosstalk.com/holy-bible/matthew/11/28/matthew/11/30/)**: Jesus invites us, saying, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” This promise of rest reminds us that we can find peace and solace in Him during our struggles. 3. **[2 Corinthians 1:3-4](https://thecrosstalk.com/holy-bible/ii-corinthians/1/3/ii-corinthians/1/4/)**: “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles.” This verse highlights that God comforts us so that we can also comfort others in their times of need. 4. **[Romans 8:28](https://thecrosstalk.com/holy-bible/romans/8/28/)**: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” This assurance reminds us that even our toughest situations can be redeemed for a greater purpose. 5. **Revelation 21:4**: “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” This promise of future restoration and comfort provides hope for what is to come. These verses serve as reminders of God's constant presence, compassion, and promise that He can bring good from our circumstances, even when they feel overwhelming. If you'd like to discuss any of these further or need additional support, I'm here for you! Your desire for hope reflects a strong faith.
