Ok i feel embarassed but i fell into lust after a long time and i used to struggle with UTI's so could someone pray for me against that and for me to be healthy. Again i feel super embarassed about this and im so scared that i have a UTI. Thanks to anyone who prays for me.😩❤️

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

There is nothing embarrassing about lust. I have overcome it and never done it since my advice would be long talks with god. Praying for him to take away your heart of stone and restore you with a heart of flesh. And to ground yourself grounding yourself so you can’t have any social media for a while helps force you to look at how your living your life and if it’s been the way god wants it or how the devil wants it and let me tell you it helps a lot
