Dear Lord Jesus, please help my friend Steven, who is a high-functioning depression patient. He is currently taking antidepressants and Quetiapine, and for sedatives, he uses Clonazepam and Escitalopram. He said that the three-year course of his illness was triggered by work, with different issues each year: work, family of origin, and marriage. He is currently separated and discussing divorce with his wife. I hope you can help him overcome depression, grant him peace in his heart and spirit, and guard his heart as you guard everything. May there come a day when he no longer needs to rely on medication but instead relies on your spiritual nourishment, becoming strong and victorious. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray, Amen!
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
