Good afternoon. My name is Gabrielly Lima, I am sixteen years old and I am from Brazil. I am going through many difficulties in my family regarding acceptance, my family is Protestant and does not accept the fact that I want to be Catholic. Could someone pray for me on this path to follow Jesus? Thank you. 🙏🏻

it is not right to say “follow your heart” because the Bible says in Jeremiah 17:9 that the heart is deceitful. instead it says to guard your heart:) !! (Proverbs 4:23)

This is amazing, you should follow that calling. Remember that Saint Paul said we should rejoice even when facing prosecution in the name of Christ. God bless you my friend.

It’s interesting: I’m from Brazil and I was raised catholic. However just recently I was saved by Jesus Christ. I say that because now I completely understand the meaning of his death and resurrection.

@Gabrielly Lima - your don’t need a church denomination to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Just the Bible is enough

Salvation is through Jesus Christ. Nothing that we do will be enough, is God that shows us mercy

Yo creo que la doctrina católica no es conforme a la Biblia, pero es más importante la relación que tienes con Dios que tu religión. Dios no es simplemente una religión, Jesús condenó eso con los fariseos. Mientras estés aferrada a la doctrina de la Biblia y tengas una relación personal y honesta con Dios, no hay distinción de católico o protestante, por qué todos nosotros somos hijos de Dios ❤️

Oh, te invito a que investigues más por tu propia cuenta y que Dios te dé sabiduría y no haya división entre tu y tu familia por estas razones.
