If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Remember, Jesus is the Prince of Peace, He doesnt cause confusions. Keep praying, keep seeking God's Word and remember that you are more than a conqueror in Christ! Romans 8:37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
