If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again. I also recommend 12 step addicts anonymous meetings. Helped me a lot. It's free. Now I'm free from it.
