You know when Jesus says pray for your enemies? It's also for your own well-being too if you keep praying for God to help you forgive people and self in your own heart and tell asking God to teach you how to love those that have hurt you it might take a while but that's how it really starts to help you I mean yeah you'll be feeling a bunch of stuff the entire time but it gets easier and you feel less hostile towards them and eventually you'll be in a place where you can forgive them wholeheartedly

Have you done a light fast? Read His Word on an empty stomach. It's very powerful. The Holy Spirit will guide you
