For almost two weeks now, I am so overwhelmed repeatedly sinning against God by committing the same sin over and over. I repent and then after a while I will give in to the temptation and afterwards I felt shame and grief. It’s been a roller coaster. May I request my sisters and brothers in Christ to please pray for my deliverance and victory over this horrible sin that separates me from God. Thank you.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Lembre-se que você não está lutando contra o pecado ou a tentação sozinho, porque Deus não te abandona e nem te desampara, Ele é o que sempre te acompanha, nos momentos de alegria, tristeza e angústia, não importa, Ele sempre estará lá para quando você precisar dEle. Antes de levantar e dormir, faça uma oração pedindo sabedoria para fugir e resistir à tentação e ao pecado. Quando você pecar, recomendo que você ore o Salmos 51 1:2. Deus te abençoe, te proteja e te fortaleça, meu irmão! Amém!
