Bible Scripture Isaiah 26:18 (KJV):

“We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.”

Revelation:
Isaiah 26:18 speaks to frustrated effort and unfulfilled expectation.

1. Pain Without Results

This verse captures the agony of laboring without visible fruit.

You did the work but nothing manifested.

2. Human Strength Has Limits

“Brought forth wind” reveals effort without power.

Without God, striving produces emptiness.

3. Acknowledging Powerlessness

This confession is not failure it’s surrender.

Recognizing limitation makes room for divine intervention.

4. God Completes What We Cannot

What we cannot deliver, God will bring forth.

Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus,
I bring you every place where I labored and saw no results.

Forgive me for striving without surrender.
Breathe your power into what felt empty and unproductive.

I declare:
God completes what I cannot.
My labor is not in vain in the Lord.
Divine strength replaces human effort.

Thank you, Lord, for turning frustration into fulfillment. In Jesus faithful name I pray, Amen.
