While I've been struggling through my own things the past couple of years I've also grown in many ways. The last couple of days I've been coming on here for prayer and I've been seeing many prayers asking for support through psychology and mental and emotional health. Im now 20 and ive been struggling with mental health since i was 16. I feel led to offer any advice,tools, or support that have helped me go through this journey. I think God has a way of turning the bad into good and I think this is this situation. If anyone needs help be free to ask
