A religious man will speak to debate, but a godly man will speak for love. ✨

Being religious doesn’t make us godly; we cannot judge people and treat them like trash and love them at the same time. If being religious makes you judge and debate people and make you think of yourself as better than them, then that is not being godly.

Religious people are busy following the traditions of their religion, while a man of God is busy sharing the gospel. Religious people tend to study the Bible with the intention to prove people wrong through debates, but a godly man studies the Bible with the aim to understand it and follow it. We are called to share the gospel and not to debate and judge the people.

You are a fisher of men, commended to throw nets of love in the sea to win fish, not to throw dynamites of judgement that kill the fish.

Matthew 4:19 KJV And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

Speak with love without neglecting the truth that the Bible teaches, rebuke with love, and correct with grace. Tell the truth with humility of mind, and share the Gospel of Christ that leads people to the light.

Matthew 23:27-28 KJV Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. [28] Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
