Focus on Good, and you won't notice Evil. Have Faith, don't doubt, be hopeful not hopeless. If you focus on God you will focus on Him. Many of Us(myself included) give so much focus onto worries even in prayer that we let it consume us. Sometimes the answer really is just this simple. Focus on God and those emotions will go. Act like there not even there. You won't be suppressing them by doing so you'll be releasing them. We should acknowledge them but not let them get more attention then they deserve. Focus on God
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
