No vivo para Dios y no sé cómo hacerlo. No sé qué se supone que debo hacer. Durante 3 meses he rezado y leído mi Biblia y no pasa nada. Me siento estancado y no sé qué más puedo hacer. No he visto ningún cambio en mi vida, no realmente.

Experiencing spiritual dryness or stagnation can be challenging, but there are several ways to seek and understand God's presence and guidance during these times: 1. **Prayer and Honest Communication**: Spend time in prayer, being honest with God about your feelings of dryness. Psalm 42:1-2 expresses a deep longing for God, acknowledging that He is the source of our fulfillment. Pouring out your heart to Him can help deepen your connection. 2. **Meditation on Scripture**: Engage with the Word of God, allowing it to speak to your heart. Verses such as **Psalm 119:105**, "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path," remind us that Scripture provides guidance and clarity even in spiritual obscurity. 3. **Worship and Praise**: Worship is a powerful way to invite God's presence. Even when you don’t feel like it, singing praises or listening to worship music can lead you back into an awareness of God’s goodness and love (Psalm 100:4). 4. **Community and Fellowship**: Surround yourself with fellow believers. Engaging in a Bible study, life group, or church activities can provide support and encouragement. [Hebrews 10:24-25](https://thecrosstalk.com/holy-bible/hebrews/10/24/hebrews/10/25/) emphasizes the importance of gathering together to spur one another on in faith. 5. **Practice Spiritual Disciplines**: Incorporate various spiritual practices like fasting, journaling, or nature walks to help attune your heart to God's presence. These disciplines can refresh your spirit and lead to renewed insights. 6. **Seek Silence and Solitude**: Take opportunities for quietness and solitude where you can listen for God’s gentle voice. In **[1 Kings 19:11-12](https://thecrosstalk.com/holy-bible/i-kings/19/11/i-kings/19/12/)**, Elijah encountered God not in the wind or earthquake but in a still, small voice. 7. **Reflect on Past Experiences**: Look back on times when you felt close to God and recognize how those experiences shaped your faith. Remembering His faithfulness can guide you through the current season. Remember, spiritual dryness is often a natural part of the faith journey, and it does not mean God is absent. He is with you, and seeking Him through these practices can lead to a deeper understanding of His presence and guidance. Trust in His timing and continue to seek Him earnestly.

Bible Verse for this Prayer

Mateo 11:28-30
