That’s very brave of you to admit your struggles if you don’t read the word of God, I suggest that you try to start build a relationship with the Lord and you can fight any temptation with his word. You have to understand that those are demons, whispering in your ear, tempting you to distract you even Satan tried to tempt Jesus, but Jesus fall back with the word.

Flee from it find what is making you fall and when you are tempted go to prayer and really realise when you are actually being tempted
