Pido una oración para convertirme en un mejor padre para mis hijos y un mejor esposo para mi esposa. Parece que constantemente les fallo y no soy la base que merecen. Estoy lleno de vergüenza y odio hacia mí mismo y pido que eso sea reemplazado por confianza y fortaleza.

I.f you haven't already, you need to express your feelings and concerns to her. Tell her how you feel and be vulnerable with her. Its hard am men to be vulnerable but we need to be able to be that way with our wifes. If we cant be vulnerable with them because they will use it against us that a her problem not a you problem. You both need to be able to communicate and discuss each other's feelings and work through issues together. This is something I struggle with my wife as well we do counseling every wake to help with it .

Eric, I feel you on that brother. I have the same feelings. I told my wife today that I want to he better for her and our kids but I cant seem to. I know what to do and how to do it its just the lack of motivation that comes from self loathing and depression that makes it seem impossible to make it happen. Continue to try even in small doses. We wont fail them as long we dont give up. Continue to pray, read the word, and put in the work even if it's small doses but never give up. The Father doesn't give up on us and we cant give up on our children.
