When sexual thoughts come to your mind, take control over them. Every sexual thought = 3 thoughts of something that is pure, beautiful, praiseworthy. Do not hold bad thoughts for more than 10 minutes. This is the way you start to change your brain and your mind will start to focusing on what God wants you to focus. - serve! You dont need to be perfect to serve. - select someone from church who you can really trust and open your heart to him about your struggles. Ask him to help you and keep track. IMPOSSIBLE WILL HAPPEN: - You will be free - you are forgiven - your are loved - you will be saved
