Estoy luchando con mi salud mental y recayendo en mi depresión. Siento que Satanás está tratando de atraparme de nuevo. Luché tan desesperadamente para salir la última vez y realmente no quiero volver. Siento que estoy perdiendo todo. Por favor, oren por mí y ayúdenme a sentir alegría.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Hey I’m sorry to hear that your fighting depression and I’ve been there it’s a hard battle but always remember that Jesus is always with you and he knows how your feeling and he promises that he will remain faithful. Satan is already a defeated enemy and he has no power over you stay strong and always remember that Jesus loves you Godspeed.
