It really helps.) Dear Heavenly Father, Please answer me in my time of need. Protect and heal my mind and body under Psalm 20 from all forms of attack. You are perfect in every way and are worthy of all praise. My heart rejoices in you. Help me through my heart of sadness and as my mind rebels against itself. Please be my strength, my shelter and my rock of salvation. As in psalm 25 “turn to me and be gracious to me for I am lonely and afflicted.” Thank you for your healing touch father.
