Please, as I have been struggling with self-control for a long time and am drifting away from God, I beg you to pray for me. I ask God that anyone who prays for me may receive peace and serenity. If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.
